About Pastor Brown
Called to Preach.
Built to Serve.
Pastor Randy Lavell Brown was raised in the church — coming up on the junior deacon board at New Mount Zion Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio under the leadership of Reverend Carey McCreary. Faith was never just something he attended; it was something he lived.
At 33 years old, he answered the call to preach — ordained first as a minister, then as a pastor. In 2025, he founded Disciple's Desk Ministries with a singular mission: to follow the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19 by making disciples, serving the community, and bringing as many people as possible into the knowledge of the Good News.
Alongside his wife, First Lady Ashley Brown, Pastor Brown preaches with boldness against false teaching, wickedness from the pulpit, and anything that dilutes the truth of God's Word. His fire is simple — correct doctrine, authentic community, and a gospel that transforms real lives.
"Making disciples, serving God's people, and speaking truth — that's the assignment."
Known as Preach BigFella — rooted in 2 Tim 4:2
